Application for Foreign Worker Utilization Plan (RPTKA)
The company must submit the RPTKA to the Ministry of Manpower. The RPTKA is a plan for the utilization of foreign workers that must be approved before a work permit can be applied for.
Application for Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS)
After the RPTKA is approved, the company submits an ITAS application for the foreign worker. ITAS is required for temporary residence in Indonesia.
Work Permit Application
Submit the work permit application to the Ministry of Manpower by attaching the required documents, including a copy of the ITAS.
Verification and Approval Process
The Ministry of Manpower will process the work permit application and verify the documents. Once all requirements are met, the work permit will be issued.
Issuance and Collection of Work Permit

Registration and Reporting
