Investor ITAS Application Guide
- Passport:
A valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity. - Proof of Investment:
Documents showing proof of investment in Indonesia, such as investment reports, investment agreements, or proof of fund transfers. - Proof of Residence:
Documents indicating a residence address in Indonesia, such as a lease agreement or proof of property ownership. - Company Documents:
Copies of the company’s deed of establishment, business license, and other relevant documents proving that the company is legally operating in Indonesia. - Application Letter:
A letter from the company or institution outlining the reasons and objectives of the investment, as well as the need for ITAS.
Before applying for ITAS, the company must submit the RPTKA to the Ministry of Manpower to obtain approval for the employment of foreign workers.
After the RPTKA is approved, submit the Investor ITAS application to the Directorate General of Immigration or the relevant immigration office, attaching the required documents.
The Immigration Ministry will process the application and verify the submitted documents. This process typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks.
Once the application is approved, the Investor ITAS will be issued. You will receive a stay permit card as official proof.
Upon arrival in Indonesia, report to the local immigration office and complete the registration process in accordance with applicable regulations.
If necessary, apply for an ITAS extension in accordance with applicable regulations before the permit expires.
